Postcards From Midlife is The Times Podcast hosted by Lorraine Candy and Trish Halpin.

Lorraine’s 51 and Editor in Chief of The Sunday Times Style, as well as the Parenting Columnist for The Sunday Times Magazine. She was previously Editor at Elle Magazine for 12 years and Cosmopolitan for 4.

Trish is 52 and an award-winning editor with 20 years in charge of magazines Marie Claire, InStyle and Red.

Between them they have 6 children, 2 dogs, 1 cat and 2 husbands. Lorraine and Trish have been friends for 20 years and Postcards From Midlife was born out of the need to explore the changes they’ve experienced both physically and mentally over the last 10 years – the things that had them asking each other ‘is this normal?’ 

Their podcast brings you guidance and advice through experts and also other women’s experiences. We chatted to Lorraine about their podcast and the challenges and opportunities at this stage in our lives.
