I am about to change the dynamic of this channel and I just wanted to give everyone a heads up for where things are heading. I still have yet to respond to these call-ins. I'm going to base this podcast around my journey of quitting smoking. It is day 17 on the road to forever.!

March 9th is a lot ! The day to Notorious BIG passed away, 4days since I quit smoking, The day my best friend was born. Happy 24th Ty and it’s Friday the start of the weekend. If you’re a smoker and you want to know how to get started...... I say go cold turkey baby ! Thank you for listening !
