COG STUDIOS, Calif. – The LA Galaxy didn’t have a fun trip to Texas. First, they forgot Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Romain Alessandrini (both injured), and then Diego Polenta goes all Michael Ciani on FC Dallas and gifts them a penalty kick. To make matters worse, Sebastian Lletget broke his nose in the eventual 2-0 loss in Frisco.

But on today’s show, your hosts Josh Guesman and Kevin Baxter, are back to break down the game, get you updated on team and alumni news, and answer your questions – if that isn’t GREAT news then we don’t know what is.

Panda and Pato will start by updating you on Baggio Husidic’s retirement and the, somewhat surprising, homegrown signing of Ethan Zubak. Are the 2019 Galaxy looking to answer in the same way the 2017 Galaxy looked for answers? Are these signings being made out of necessity, or are they being made because these players are ready?

Then the guys get into the loss against Dallas and why the Galaxy’s lack of offensive weapons means the club could rapidly be shifting priorities. Do the Galaxy need a striker to back up Zlatan, or a defender to solidify the back four? Has the Galaxy defense been bad in the first two games? And are fans ready to toss Polenta out of the starting lineup?
