Heidi and Novey have been losing Vs for a calendar year. Where have they been and did either lady learn anything worth learning? Novey has a favorite nickname and Heidi shares that she may be contagious. Here is 2019's year in review.

Heidi and Novey head down to Atlanta, Georgia! These peaches are going to introduce you to some of the lovely ladies they met at the ShePodcast Live Conference. They have new recording equipment and a pocket full of awesome new tricks.  Novey visits the aquarium in Georgia for the first time and Heidi catches up with some family.  It was a trip full of fun,  fairy hair, and only one mystery. Where have all the mermaids gone?

Thank god the Van Meter Monster didn't kill the girls! They are back in action and are digging deep into the month of October.  Let's all celebrate two of the best things about this fall month, the boobs and the boos! Heidi tells all about her first mammogram. And if that isn't scary enough, Novey conducts a halloween movie night. The girls might not sleep after stuffing their faces with pizza and terrifying movies.
