Hit The Ground Running: This was the first album I recorded with Steve Phillips, of Rainmakers and Elders fame. Every time I revisit one of these songs, I am overwhelmed by the beautiful additions he made to my little songs. I remember him telling me after recording the guitar solo for Hey Man: "All of your songs are so sad." Thank you, Steve Phillips!

Laura Lisbeth claims that our body sends us messages but we don't listen.. Later, she and her sister Simone, aka Mony, are contemplating shame and the way it can make us care too much.
