However much we think we know about someone, there's always something left out. Saint Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale was the 14th leader of Damdami Taksal, a Sikh, devotee of Guru Nanak Dev. He was a person will good and strong will to fight against oppression and corrupt government and that's what was reflected in his followers either. He was a person with utmost respect for humanity and people from every religion met him without fear. Many people do know about the real character of Bhindranwale but many many doesn't because that's what have been fed into people's mind by sold out false media, for the same reason even education system portrays him in negative light. Luckily I was never interested in history and politics so I never heard about him till a few months ago and the first impression of him was fascinating. A brave soul who never backed off from fight against oppression and gave his life protecting the innocents and Sikh dignity. It's such a shame that after so many years of his death people don't know him well enough to understand that he deserve all the respect in the world.
