When staff in the emergency room told Emma her 3 year old daughter may not wake up after a tragic accident it changed her perspective on life forever. Emma Dores is the owner of Emma's Rainbows a business which started when she began selling children's hair bows after an idea manifested as she sat making paper bows at a soft play centre. You cannot begin to imagine the absolute trauma Emma and her family went through when Lydia fell and ended up in an induced coma.

Thankfully Lydia's recovery was nothing short of a miracle and in turn gave Emma the reality check she needed to crawl out of a really dark hole linked to facebook and social media.

Emma's Rainbows is now a thriving keepsake business where Emma turns your child's drawings into beautiful engravings and today's episode is a true testament of how a life changing experience can inspire an amazing business idea.

Today was an epic day. Me and the Lounge team of Legends welcomed 7 new lasses to our first ever round of the Level Up Program in an inspiring in person session at Newcastle. The program has been created and worked on for a whole year to make sure it was nailed on!....and boy is it nailed on. We cannot wait to support these amazing business owners and help them reach their business goals over the next 8 months. There was an absolute buzz in the room from the word go as we talked through goal setting, self-belief, vision board magic and did the big reveal of who would be working with who in the team.

Special thanks goes to Sarah-Louise Johnson who came and captured our day with some fantastic branding shots. Sarah-Louise is just a total dream to work with and put everyone at ease throughout the day. We had a few lasses who dialled in from other countries and the way in which Sarah-Louise made them feel included was brilliant.
