I'm taking a crack at Podmas again this year and kicking it off with the "Strength to Thrive" series. In this series I'll be talking about showing up in a way that is meaningful to you and enables you to flourish in different areas of your life. Initially, I was going to call it the "Strength to Endure" series, but the word "endure" can conjure up images of struggling and barely hanging on. We want to do more in life than just hang by a thread.

Years ago when I was in the process of making that decision, I couldn't find any content about the experiences of others who had done so. Ultimately, I made the decision to return to a public accounting firm. I've since the left firm, and I thought it would be helpful to share my thoughts in case someone out there may find them useful.
