This series of bonus episodes are inspired by comments and questions we received from our listeners after they listened to certain episodes of the "Ja neh series".
We loved the feedback and comments so much that we were inspired to record episodes debriefing about them!
For our final debrief for this season, we talk about whether karma really has everyone's address.
Enjoy!

"Be gentle with yourself. You are meeting parts of yourself that you have been at war with."
Episode 13 marks the final installment of the "Ja Neh" series!
We are wrapping up our beloved series by using the expression "Ja neh" to chat about bits of our lives that we have been at war with and how we used "gentleness" as our weapons to win the war!
In this episode, we get into "being bad at grieving?", how the world's timeline often clashes with the timeline of your healing, the famous quote we all heard from WandaVision, and the importance of capturing moments with your loved ones as much as possible because time moves so fast and so many things happen at once that we forget what those moments with our loved ones meant to us.
We hope that each and every episode has held space for you! Tune in for new segments.

This is part 2 of my heartfelt conversation with Nwabisa. In this episode we talk about how love requires support, being intentional about the relationship you want, the demonisation of "catching feelings", and the philosophies of self love. A recurring theme throughout this conversation is the importance of initiating those uncomfortable conversations.
We hope this episode holds space for you!

This is the second installment of my conversation with Lebogang Maragelo, this time I take the hot seat and share a "Ja neh" moment.
We start on a bit of a heavy note, then we get into a couple of things.. without noticing that we are getting into a whole lot of things. We talk companionship in light of violent systems, practicing love languages on yourself, carrying generational heartbreak, and wanting a soft relationship.
We hope this episode holds space for you!

"We need to come to terms with the fact that these systems are so violent that they could lead to our death. For us to pretend that they are anything other than that is just silly and delaying the inevitable"
In this episode I'm joined by the phenomenal Lebogang Maragelo for a conversation abouut our relationship with the social systems we are born into. We talk compartmentalizing and "stepping within" in the face of violent systems (and a pandemic).
We hope this episode holds space for you!
