"No matter how much you wish you could, you cannot control how another person feels and loves. Just because someone fails to see your worth, it doesn't make them a bad person, and it doesn't mean you are unlovable. It simply means that they are not meant for you." - @momentaryhappiness

No matter how big or small, we've all experienced some kind of trauma as children. These traumas often lead to a wounded element of ourselves: The inner child. When we reconnect with this fragmented part of ourselves, we begin to discover the root of many of our fears, phobias, insecurities, and sabotaging life patters. In this episode we talk about emotional ouchies that our younger selves have experienced, how those ouchies manifest in our young adult lives, and caring for those parts of ourselves.
We hope this conversation holds space for you!
