Have you ever been love bombed? Love bombing happens when someone overwhelms you with loving words, actions, and behaviour as a manipulation technique. It can be very flattering in the beginning but can soon become overwhelming when they pressure you into rushing into things. For example, planning marriage or moving in together when you've only known each other a short while. Rebecca went from being loved bombed to installing security cameras to seeking an AVO from the courts.
