.................................................. PRAYER OF CONFESSION -
most merciful God, we confess that we have sinned against you in thought, word and deed, By what we have done and by what we have left undone. We have not loved you with our whole hearts,
We have not loved our neighbors as ourselves. We are truly sorry and we humbly repent, for the sake of your son, Jesus Christ, have mercy on us and forgive us, That we may delight in your will and walk in your ways to the Glory of Your name. Hear us now as we silently confess our sins................................................
THE LORD'S PRAYER
Our father, who art in heaven,
Hallowed Be Thy Name.
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done
On earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread
And forgive us our trespasses
As we forgive those who trespass against us.
Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory forever.
Amen......................................................... THE LITANY OF REMEMBRANCE following communion: Leader: By partaking in this meal, we remember that Christ was born. ALL: CHRIST DIED.
