In this short episode, I share an excerpt from one of Geneen Roth's books about the eating we don't recognise as eating and which means we weigh more than our natural weight.
I encourage you to listen and bring awareness to this concept in the next week so that you can understand what's really going on for you in those moments because THEY MATTER and make a difference in so many ways.
I'm now taking consultation calls for my 1:1 April intake. We start w/c 13th April. Find out more and book your call below:

Liz is the amazing designer who created the Love How You Eat branding and help me bring the concept to life. Working with her was such a positive, refreshing and fulfilling experience, I wanted to pick her brains about a few things.
We talk about her signature rejection challenge and the importance of failure to achieve growth and positive results across all areas of your life. And how in embracing discomfort, we create more longterm peace, evolution and satisfaction. She also gives us her thoughts on AI which I found helpful and reassuring!

After many failed diets and food feeling complicated (and your body unobliging), it makes sense why you might not trust yourself. This episode covers two essential shifts to help you increase yourself-trust so that you stop looking outward for solutions.
If you can build trust with yourself, you will open up your life to so many more possibilities and feel limitless in terms of what you can achieve.
Listen to find out the statement I want all of you to stop saying and the action I want all of you to start taking!

Do you feel satisfied by your life and with how you spend your time? Do you lean on food and alcohol as your main source of pleasure and satisfaction?
The pleasure gap is the distance between the pleasure you feel in your life and the pleasure you want to feel. And when we use food and alcohol and things that give us instant gratification to fill our pleasure gap, we generally widen the gap because they come with negative downstream consequences.
This episode encourages you to acknowledge and understand your pleasure gap, and think about ways to decrease it that truly delight you and make you feel alive.

It was such a privilege to chat with GP Dr Lucy Hooper about how to identify and navigate perimenopause and menopause, as well discuss the growing world of health screening and how it might help you to age more powerfully.

The diets don't work but we need to know why we keep going back to them!
If you've been a chronic dieter and find safety in their construct and familiarity, this episode explains why we like diet rules and how to break free of their unproductive constraints.
I give you four reasons why you want diet rules and share the importance of creating your own eating and drinking protocol based on what makes YOU feel YOUR best.

In this episode, I wanted to talk about my biggest takeaways from 2025 and encourage you to think about yours. I cover the importance of the 50/50 concept and our emotional expectations, why nothing happens without a plan, and explain how to increase your self-belief and sense of self-worth. I talk about breaking free of the social constructs and learnt conditioning that stop you from feeling your best. And explain how to become someone who takes great care of yourself consistently and without condition, and why Love How You Eat is so important to me (and us)!
Thank you for listening to the Love How You Eat podcast this year. I am so grateful for your time and commitment to feeling better and learning to love how you eat and live your life.
Have a beautiful Christmas and I'll see you on the 7th January for more. X
