Ian also talks about his romantic relationship, some background on his childhood, and gives advice on being true to yourself. The guys also talk about relationship dynamics in society, divorce, and whether we believe in love at first sight. Enjoy!
Our good friend Brandon Landry, AKA "The Friendly Neighbourhood Brando", joins us again on the Love Is For Everyone Podcast for another great discussion! After the best introduction in the Love Is For Everyone Podcast's history, our guest host brings Zac and Nathan up to speed of what is currently going on in his life, then have a deep conversation touching on a variety of topics. We had a great talk about mental health, friendship, boundaries, mindset, and evaluate our strengths and weaknesses. We love having these open and authentic chats about life, sharing our stories with Brandon is always fun and impacts us positively every time! We hope you enjoy listening as much as we did recording this diverse conversation :)
This week we are joined by a strong hearted individual who has battled his fair share of trauma, mental, and physical abuse. His experience opened our eyes to see a different perspective of how too many children grow up in a broken home. Zac and Nathan discuss with Eric parts of his dark past, his reflection and adversity, as well as the advice he shared throughout our time together. We want to personally thank Eric for his desire to help make the conversation surrounding abuse more acceptable to society and his compassion for truly wanting to make a difference in our community. Note - There is an audio issue between 0:54 - 1:45 with it repeating in a loop, the rest of the episode is fine :)

Welcome to the last episode of Season 1. The boys reminisce in today's episode over some of their favourite moments/ episodes of the first season, as well as the lessons they have learned so far from starting the podcast till now, and tease what is to come for the future of the Love Is For Everyone Podcast.
School! Some people love it, some people wonder why they even need to go at all. In this week's episode, the boys share their perspectives and stories about their experience with school and dropping out of their college and university programs.
This week, the guys keep it on a lighter note with a good-hearted conversation about the importance of love. They touch on how love makes you feel, how you can spread love through good deeds, the importance of having love in the workplace, materialism vs self-love, and give a preview of our plans for the upcoming months.
To start the week off the guys talk about a heavy subject that is very close to our hearts, the impact of bullying and suicide. Jakob shares his experience of losing his Dad to suicide, how he dealt with the grief and emotions of the situation, and how it has shaped him into the man he is today. Later on in the episode, the guys talk about the impact suicide has had on our small community in Cobourg, as well as how bullying affected us as a kid, mainly in our teenage years. The guys also touch on how bullying affects mental health, how we have personally dealt with bullying in the past, and how to get out of a dark mental state and get the help you need.
The guys kept it light-hearted as we looked back on our families and the impact they had on us growing up. We spoke about our family history and the values they taught us through difficult times. They continue to encourage us to spread love as we continue this journey and have made an incredible impact in each of our lives. Growing up in a similar childhood environment, we have all been taught similar values and we sometimes struggle to see the difficulties it may have on some of you growing up with an unhealthy relationship with your family, or maybe no a relationship at all. That being said, we are not shying away from the situation that does sadly exist, instead we are encouraging anyone in that situation who feels called to share about that point of view to join us on the podcast so all of us can have a stronger understanding.
