Yes we do we need to take the time to be aware that we contribute both good and bad to each other, but we have to be willing to do so in a way that would be absorbed in a good way because we all have some type of guard up and the only way to heal is to be vulnerable...

Because we are the narrator of not just our lives but the example of the generations t come we have to be bold and live our truths

If you find yourself in a place of feeling stuck one of the keys to grow from that is being open to speaking and living your truth to grow something within yourself...

We all may lead in different ways to His will and purpose for our lives... let love be the source of courage, strength and uplifting. 1 love 💝🙏🏽

I’m back!

Hey beautiful people, this session basically was just a a reminder that we need to remain humble or at least try to become we miss the very answers or revelation we seek in life...

I am not a parent, however I am just as accountable to speak on a conversation that could affect any of our kid. I mean no disrespect but I do not care about politics on race, religions or sexuality, this is for the innocence of our children and we cannot throw a blind eye to what affects this may have on the quality of their lives.

It’s not always easy thinking of walking away from what you may have grown use to but in the back of your mind or deep down in your gut you know you have to walk away but the fear traps you, I hope you may find the boldness and the courage to do just that and start taking your life back!!! This is our stories and we are accountable for the content we allow to play out

It’s so important to write your plans/ personal goals down... document it... make schedules and plan your life... hold yourself accountable for what plays out in your life... do this and watch how things fall into place!!
