Just wanted to shout out and voice my appreciation to everyone that has taken the time to listen

Many times you will find people (including myself) stuck in a rut always trying to explain themselves or situations, this one is for you guys to learn to talk but don’t stay stuck on replay 💝

This session focuses on some thoughts on anyone experiencing a loss in this life, be it in the form of family, friendship or even the loss of not experiencing either. But I do share my opinion on trying to get yourself stuck out of the rut of staying hurt because of it and not going on with life because as sad as it may sound life does go on and to help us not leave it filled with a cup of bitterness but to try and stretch ourselves in and become better and stronger and living fuller. Lost it’s is not easy to deal with once experienced but we need to try and grow through it and help one another along the way. So I’m here to have open conversations where we can share those tough times and hopefully the breakthroughs with one another. I encourage you to be as authentic and as vulnerable with me I’m here to help I have no malice intention... so I hope you guys find this session somewhat helpful to start where you are and help yourself heal... 1 love 🙏🏽
