Love is love.

Like any feeling it is unlimited, it moves and it shifts.

So why do we feel we need to compare our love? Why can't we hold space for the feeling, and how we feel it, and who we feel it for? Or who we have felt it for in the past?

Why do we feel that we might have to sacrifice loving ourselves so that we can love others?

Doesn't it all connect, mix, and co-exist?
