Mel and Keith are chatting about needs and wants this week. But first Keith describes a critical flaw in suit shopping or at least the perception vs reality of suit shopping. After the break they get into the needs and wants a person should list and talk about as they consider a relationship with someone. Mel thinks she needs sex everyday, when in realty she really wants it everyday. However, a person should have a list of their needs to discuss with that potential partner so that they will know what to expect and what is to be expected. The dynamic duo is back with another episode in their series of must have conversations.  This week, Mel and Keith share their thoughts on household responsibilities aka chores.  This conversation seems like something you could just skip in your relationship, but they give you many suggestions of why this is a necessity in every relationship.  they offer advice based on their experiences and help you start the conversation in your relationship.

Mel and Keith bring up the discussion topic of alone time for this week’s episode. They share the importance of “you” time and how taking time to do things that you enjoy can actually be good for your relationship. The duo also give some advice on ways to reel in too much time away. As with every episode, expect some lighthearted fun and you never know what will come out of Mel’s mouth.

Mel and Keith are at it again!  They hit the first must have conversation topic of this series, Intimacy and Sex.  They share ways to have candid open and honest discussions with your partner about sex.  They also share when is the right time to have these talks and ways to check in as the relationship progresses. By sharing their own personal stories, they also give suggestions on how to build better intimacy too.  They help break the ice for you and help you get that conversation rolling.  Of course, no episode would be complete without their usual antics. 

After a little hiatus, Mel and Keith are finally back and Love “n” Metal is in full swing. They kick off the episode with some additional rebranding news and quickly share their recent trip to West Virginia. They move into their first series, yes, you heard that right, series! Finally. They will be discussing topics that all relationships (new and old) should have often. They briefly introduce the first few topics, but will be spending time over the next few episodes looking at each one more closely.
