How open is your mind, really? Sometimes even the most "open-minded" of us can find ourselves stuck in an old story, or blocking ourselves from receiving support, answers, or divine guidance. In this solo episode of Love Space, host Aryn Love discusses the importance of having an open mind and being receptive to spiritual guidance. Aryn also explores the concept of finding inspiration and wisdom in unexpected sources, such as listening to people we may not initially consider "wise" enough to learn from, emphasizes the value of approaching life with a beginner's mind and letting go of preconceived notions. Finally, Aryn shares some insights on releasing our attachment to expectations and encourages listeners to embrace the beauty of unexpected twists and turns in life. This episode explores:

Trust is perhaps the most important foundation of any relationship, but what about the sacred relationship we have with ourselves? Cait Taylor joins Aryn to talk about building trust with ourselves, feeling worthy, and asking for what we need.
Caitlin’s life in the Rocky Mountains is slow & intentional. She enjoy hikes with her dog, cooking, reading, ecstatic dance, and hosting community gatherings. She wears many hats in life as a civil rights investigator, PhD candidate, trauma-informed plant medicine facilitator, yogi, and military veteran. Her greatest passion is to integrate life’s lessons—the big and small—with the intention of living and loving with more ease.

Emily Blackwell joins Aryn for a heartfelt conversation about the power of being ourselves--so fully--in all of our humanity...embracing the full range of emotion--the good, the bad, and the ugly.
What would it feel like to truly express the fullest, truest version of yourself? Or more importantly, how much harm are we causing ourselves when we deny and stuff down our true feelings?
When we authentically express ourselves, and welcome in our shadow, our hurt, our anger-- we can more fully accept others, and live more authentically. We covered:
To help us integrate this conversation (at 35:00) Emily guides us in a beautiful visualization meditation to close our conversation.
Emily Blackwell is an International E-RYT 500-hour Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Educator, Mentor, and Breathwork Facilitator based in Chicago. Her mission is to use her classes to educate others on how to integrate somatic tools, breath awareness, and the wisdom of Yogic and Tantrik philosophies to realize and embody the power that lies within.
Through her workshops, membership, classes, and adventurous retreats, Emily creates a space where participants can come and uncover their own ability to cultivate true inner peace and unconditional self-love.

Join us as we examine the (not-so-radical) notion that if we plan less, and live more freely in the present moment, our lives will unfold in the most beautiful ways -- without the need to force specific outcomes. We explored:
With a background in psychology, a master's in creative and experiential arts therapy and trained as a psychedelic-assisted therapist, Australian-born Avá-Joy Sloan self-describes as a meditation teacher with a passion for dancing and poetry.
In 2017, Avá founded Laprana– an integrative, experiential companioning practice supporting individuals in opening into the infinite present moment, to discover for themselves, the sacredness of all of life. With a home base in Melbourne Australia, Avá is currently living a nomadic life, companioning individuals around the world to connect to the present moment through the innate medicine of the natural world in combination with contemplative, creative, and experiential forms of self-inquiry.
Avá sees a future where exploration into the depths of one's own being is the norm, taught and understood from an early age. Until then, Ava plans to continue companioning individuals to fearlessly break beyond self & societally imposed illusions and limitations of mind to find a greater sense of purpose, joy and lasting inner peace.
You can read Ava's poetry, find her latest offerings and connect with her for 1:1 online sessions via her website www.laprana.com.au.
In this episode, we learn "the science of a beautiful life" through the wisdom of tantra, and how to fully practice "the joy of being in the world." Sam Bianchini joins me to talk activism, spirituality, collective healing, and so much more:
"For over a decade, Sam has devoted her life to working with indigenous wisdom keepers from around the world, and praying with Native North American Red Road Traditions , The Mexica, the tribes of the Amazon, and more. She is a ceremonial facilitator, psychedelic guide for personal journeys and group connection, sound healer, international yoga teacher+educator guiding 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainings and Continuing Educations all around the globe, an herbalist, and ceremonial musician. She is also an actress and director and writer, working in film and theatre around the country. She’s a poet, activist, mentor, and much more. Sam loves Tom Waits, Tom Robbins, and hiking with her dog, Guy, in their home of Los Angeles, CA. She is (most importantly) a friend."
