What is Free Will when the Channel is open? On the heels of last week's episode, Lianna had a massive internal shift. During this transformation, she discovered that she and Claire needed to share more. More of who they are. More of what lights them up. And that means growing into two different podcasts. Lianna will continue with Love Through It and focus on her downloads and what she is drawn to discuss, while Claire will relaunch her previous podcast, Clarify Your Day, to discuss her life happenings, including dating. They'll have one more episode to discuss Claire's Biofield Tuning session, and then you can catch them popping up on the occasion to share their love.
From attached earth-bound souls to nighttime Frosties, Lianna and Claire cover a lot of topics this week. Starting with Claire sharing about her night out at an old lesbian party and standing a foot above them all. Then Lianna shares the report from her recent home dowsing, which included an unexpected personal dowsing. Turns out, she had 3 times the amount of geo psychic stress attached to her than her house did. They then talk about the difference between Flow and Force with an exercise to identify the times we're forcing moments and not being ALL that we can be.

When you experience a magical week, you have a magical episode. Lianna tells about the beautiful moments of unexplained joys and discoveries from her week, while Claire shares her carpentry tales. From belly rubs, to Krispy Kremes, to intentional beach visits, to Future People and a resurrected ice wand, this week’s episode is filled with magic.

From Light Language to Famesick, this week Lianna and Claire jump into a variety of topics. In unplanned matching white t-shirts, they talk about their loving life lists, the MTV generation, Uranus leaving Taurus, the comfort of listening to podcasts, theatrical backdrops, hosting pros and cons, Today show fixes, and realizing that not making it as a young actor was actually a blessing, thanks to Lena Dunham’s Famesick.

Maybe it was from the planet's crazy alignment, but this week, Lianna and Claire got each other out of their funks by coming together to laugh, share, and question. First, they laugh about Claire’s birthday, then discuss Lianna’s recent Feng Shui revamp (while praising color-coded book organization), move on to chat about authenticity, finite amounts of pain, living in the worst-case scenario, and incorrectly attributing famous quotes. Lianna prescribes homework you’ll want to do: make a list of how you enjoy life? Or what small parts of life do you love? It will change your whole perspective while you look for things that bring you happiness.

This is a very special episode with a very special quest. After a fun chit chat about adorable pink sweatsuits, The Boyfriend dating show, Summer House drama, and life in New York, Lianna is joined by the presence of Claire’s Mom. It was a sudden inpour of love and energy. Her presence really opened up their conversation to about joyful pursuit, listening, and whether free will actually exists.

Let’s fan our own flames with some music! Fresh off her trip to Rome, Lianna shares some of the highlights (art! food! walking!) and unexpected disappointments (seeing *that* painting). Claire chimes in with a tale from a chaotic trip to Italy 20 years ago that involved being nearly kicked out of a wedding party and spraining her ankle. They then dive into the practice and healing of Biofield Tuning and creating a playlist of childhood bops. Start creating your playlist so you can tap into that part of you that may have started to disappear after all these years.

And we continue! Last week, we paused just before Lianna started sharing her interior design fiasco. We pick up with a backstory that dives into the effects of the Schumann Resonance, aka the Earth’s heartbeat. Lianna’s body was new again with these sickly effects, and she felt humbled as an intuitive health coach. Follow along today as she shares her discoveries and understanding of the new energies, touching nature, Gene Keys, and intense belly rubs. Claire also shares an equally fascinating discovery: she’s now a graphic tee gal.
