I'm back... four months later, to talk about meditation: journaling, talking to myself on my walk to the gym, how healing/restorative it can be, and how necessary it is to get quiet for the sake of getting clear on what I want in life. A paraphrased quote from this week's episode is, "Meditation leads to contemplation and contemplation leads to enlightenment. Enlightenment helps us to understand what we want from life and put into action."
