Fifth of eleven children, he grew up in St, Louis, Missouri, graduated from St. Louis University High School, 1976; studied at the University of Dallas, 1976-1978; Rome, Italy, 1978; graduated with a degree in Business from St. Louis University, 1980; married his wife Susie, May 2, 1981, worked in real estate, oil & gas, and religious organizations. In addition to serving on numerous advisory boards, Bill is an original signer of the Manhattan Declaration.
