He has been part of the Coach Core programme since its launch in 2012, shaping, tutoring and leading the first London programme, overseeing its successful expansion through to its establishment as the Coach Core Foundation in 2020. Gary also chairs the Sport for Development Coalition employability group and sits on the UK Athletics Childrens Advisory Group, and the Active Surrey trustee board

This week we are joined by industry legend, Chris Sharman. Chris co-founded Topodium Group in 2020 with a single mission; to transform the sports, health and wellbeing industries.

Chris has been working in the leisure industry since 1995 and his experience to-date has seen him progress from delivering parties and holiday camps at his local sports centre to high profile national roles for both public and private leisure operators.
