Bubble App is an app that connects parents to trusted and approved childcare sitters, both for short notice cover and regular childcare needs, within their local areas. The organisation’s mission is to make parents happier, with the challenges of childcare made simpler.

Previous to this Ari had a long and successful career within commercial roles in the betting and professional sports industries.

Previous to this Lindsey is the former CEO and current non exec at My Ohana, an organisation specialising in childcare and support through full delivery of crèches and nurseries as well providing training, and support to organisations to deliver outstanding experiences for children.

Lindsey has also been a board trustee at pacey, (professional association for childcare and early years), director at tinies childcare, my family care, and prior to this managed early years settings, and group children’s activities for a number of private providers and a health club chain and is a mum of 2 girls.

Rebekah is a real powerhouse of the industry, the CEO of The Bold Type Training & Consultancy & Out of School Alliance.

Rebekah is a well respected within the childcare industry as a success coach and has specialised in supporting and developing the out of school sector for 18 years!

We are delighted to welcome James Hempsall OBE to the chair!!James is Managing Director of Coram Hempsalls and National Director for childcareworks. Both organisations are committed to promoting high quality practice and sustainable outcomes for children, through supporting Government, Local authorities and organisations. For over 30 years James has worked in the children’s services sector leading national implementation of key Government strategies in both pre-school learning and childcare. Including high profile support programmes such as the 15 hours for disadvantaged 2 year olds, the 30 hours childcare implementation, the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF), and the current National wraparound fund and increase in nursery entitlement. A passionate learner and educator James is also a qualified teacher and a Fellow of the Society for Education and Training and has 2 Master degrees in social welfare and psychotherapy. In June 2015, James received the OBE in the Queen’s birthday honours list for services to childcare.

Oliver (with his brother Ben !) built Tinies Childcare into what was the largest childcare business from 2001 to 2020….which at its peak provided 1,000 child carers a month to nurseries and the travel industry.

As well as operating over 40 nurseries and crèches in partnership with some key brands such as Ikea, DLL and GSK. Alongside Tinies, Ollie helped launch ‘my family care’ - which became the UK’s leading family friendly benefit programme helping employees balance their childcare commitments Ollie then successful sold the business to Bright horizons supporting the growth and integration. And now is supporting a number of organisations develop.
