What if reality doesn’t start when you observe it — but long before?
In this mind-expanding episode of Love Your Life and Yourself, Dr. Ruth Kastner — quantum physicist, professor, and author of The Transactional Interpretation of Quantum Mechanics — joins Ashley to explore how modern physics is redefining our understanding of time, possibility, consciousness, and the nature of reality itself.
Together, they unpack:
What quantum physics actually is (in plain language)
Why reality might be shaped by possibility, not certainty
How time, cause and effect, and even you might not work the way you think
The deeper life lessons we can pull from quantum theory: trust, intuition, and unseen potential
Whether you’re a science lover, a seeker, or a busy mom craving a deeper sense of purpose, this conversation bridges science and soul in the most surprising ways.
