A subject of great interest for every believer is the last days. And why is that? Because the End Times speak a transition out of this world and into the kingdom of God, and that should be our greatest desire. And when we look at the scripture that we're going to study today from Luke's Gospel, Messiah warns us repeatedly that we are called to watch.

Shalom, we are so grateful to the hagues family, Joel and Heidi and their daughters, Lydia and Tessa, for all they do for love Israel, especially in regard to our US team. And I was asked by Joel if I might make a short video in regard to the anticipated attack from Iran, and I'm going to base everything that I'm going to share with you on what I heard last night on the Israeli news. First of all, most of the people on the news thought that there would be a coordinated attack, that it would not just be Iran or Hezbollah, but it would also include the hut team from Yemen and also the Iranian militias that are based in Syria and in Iraq.

We are all guilty of making poor decisions. And sometimes we say to ourselves, what were we thinking? Why did I do such a foolish thing? And the answer is this. You have been deceived. And one of the things that we're going to learn in the passage of scripture that we're going to study today is that if we think in a specific way, it lessens the likelihood that we will be deceived by the enemy. And what does that weigh?

Resurrection is a very important concept. In the Scripture, the Bible speaks frequently of the resurrection of the dead. And what you and I need to understand is this. Every time that the Bible speaks of the resurrection, it gives that passage of Scripture, a specific context. And what is that contexts the kingdom of God, meaning simply, there is an inherent relationship between resurrection and the kingdom of God.

There is poor theology and false teaching within the church today, especially in regard to Israel. There are many churches that believe that it is proper and godly to support the establishment of a Palestinian state. But when we look at the scripture, God commands us to watch the fig tree.

Our subject today is authority. And it is vital if you're going to have a pleasing testimony to God, that you demonstrate that you are under his authority, which means everything that you do, every thought that you have, every word that you speak, you do all of these things, recognizing his authority over you. And when you do so, you are going to have a life that is pleasing to Him.

Baruch Korman 00:41

We are now ready for chapter 21, of Luke's Gospel. And that fact excites me why? If you know your Bible, well, you will know that Luke chapter 21 deals primarily with the end times what many call the last days? And what are the end times they represent a transition, a change where this world as we know it will come to an end.

We know that God has given us the ability through the anointing of the Holy Spirit, His indwelling in us, to serve Him and to do so perfectly. And whenever we fail in that it is not God's fault. It is not a problem with his provision. But rather, it's our own disobedience. It's when we listen to that old man, rather than embracing that new man that we are in Messiah.
