Are you frustrated? Many followers of Messiah are indeed frustrated with their life. I hear them say such things as Life is not fair. And that's true. Don't expect to find fairness. Or we could use a biblical word justice in this world. If you encounter justice, praise God, but it's an abnormal occurrence. We won't find justice and fairness in this world consistently. But we will in the kingdom of God.

God wants to give victory to his people, he is able to do so but be aware of something. When we violate the Word of God, when we transgress When we rebel. In other words, when there is sin in our life, that sin is going to affect us adversely. It is going to have a negative outcome in our our daily existence. When there sin in our life, we are not going to experience the power, the anointing and the victory that God wants us to have. Well, with that said, take out your Bible and look with me to the book of Joshua and chapter seven, the book of Joshua, chapter seven.

We are called to be people who are spiritually sensitive that we understand our spiritual predicament. And that is that we need to deal with sin in our life. The failure to do so has disastrous results. Now, in one sense, we deal with sin through the gospel. But primarily, I'm speaking to believers. And I'm not speaking about dealing with sin, as a way of finding salvation and mercy and forgiveness and having reconciliation with God.

The children of Israel is in the midst of transition. And God has provided to them a leader, a humble leader, a committed leader, one who is submissive to the instructions of God. And if we look at this passage, and by the way, we're going to be studying from separate Yahshua, the book of Joshua and chapter five. And in my impression, when you study this, we're going to learn many useful principles, principles that are derived from the scripture that is going to equip us and give us a very different perspective.

Whenever the subject is the coming of Messiah, we need to make a distinction because that phrase the coming of Messiah can refer to the Second Coming, or our Blessed Hope known as the rapture. So whenever someone speaks about the coming, or the return of Messiah, we need to be very specific. Are we talking about the rapture, which happens before God's wrath begins? Or are we talking about the Second Coming, which takes place at the end of Daniel's 70th week, at the end of God's wrath being poured out, it will be Messiah.

The Bible reveals to us that we have freedom and liberty in Messiah. But let me ask you a question. Are you using that freedom and liberty properly? See, we need to realize something that we are called to walk in love. And don't use that freedom, that liberty in a way that's going to adversely affect someone else. We're called to be an edifying influence in the life of others.

Are we called to judge one another? And the answer that question is no, we are not. As followers of Messiah, sure that is Jesus Christ, we are called to live righteously. As we have said, so many times, those who walk in the Spirit, fulfill the righteousness of the law. And other words being led by the Spirit, we are going to live righteously. And that's important because when one lives righteously, he is going to be living in a way that brings honor and glory to God.
