  • What to do when we feel overwhelmed by anger or sadness and why these aren't emotions we need to fear

When you are experiencing an emotion that feels to intense for you to deal with, it's an open invitation to convert that energy into creation. We were programmed to think emotions like anger and sadness need to be avoided at all costs… so we ignore things that need to be addressed, until the build up becomes too much and we reach our breaking point.

In today's episode, I talk about how your emotions are meant to be treated like a gage or thermometer and what to do when the temperature is becoming very uncomfortable.

  • Are you living in survival mode without even knowing?

Are you stuck in a state of hypo/hyperarousal allowing yourself to succumb to maladaptive coping strategies?

    You don't have to be.

In today's episode, I talk about how it's easy to feel stuck.. Sometimes it feels like you're gasping for air but can't catch a break... Maybe it's because a fish will always suffocate when convinced it should fly.. just as a bird will always drown when convinced it should live under water.

You are who you are.. and if you don't know how to figure out who that is, maybe I can help you find out. Survival is when you're forced to live through conditions that aren't ideal for you to thrive. You don't need to change. Your conditions do.PS. • Self-Help, Inner Work, and my Podcast birthing story

I get it. Everyone always preaches about self-help and inner work, but how do we know where to start.

When I was younger, I used to feel like I was in a constant rush to find answers. It felt like society was telling me that I should have everything figured out by a certain age and that if I didn't, I was falling behind. This created a lot of stress and pressure that led to me making some impulsive decisions.

However, I've since learned that rushing to find answers is not always the best approach. Instead, it's often wiser to slow down and take the time to gain clarity. When we rush, we often make guesses and allow ourselves to get frustrated and upset when we guess wrong. However, when we slow down and listen to our intuition, we can usually find the answers we're looking for. Moreover, rushing rarely leads to lasting happiness or fulfillment. So instead of constantly chasing after the next thing, take a step back and appreciate the present moment. Learn to listen to your heart and trust that everything will work out in its own time.

In today's episode, I take you on my Podcast Birthing Journey and what realizations I made during that process.

  • How your imperfections actually came to be and the similarity between babies & Puzzles

How your imperfections actually came to be...

Why do we struggle to describe ourselves as perfect? What does perfect even mean and who gets to decide the definition? When did considering yourself perfect become conceited and who made up the rumour that perfection was unattainable. They lied.

In today's episode, I talk about how doing a puzzle, made me realize the moment we stopped being perfect.

  • Welcome to the Lovelasting Podcast

    What is the LoveLasting Podcast?

From the minute we are born we find love in things like our mother’s touch, our father’s eyes, and the joy we hear in everyone’s voices as they greet us for the first time.

But what we don’t realize is that what we actually see & feel is our own reflection of our own energy. We ARE the love. We are born with bodies that allow us to bring our love into a world that so desperately needs it.

As we get older and life happens, we find ourselves in situations where love feels like it’s fading but what we don’t realize.. is that the only time love fades is when it’s given away and lost... but society makes us believe that’s what we’re supposed to do… why?

When you give something away, it no longer belongs to you and it becomes lost. Love that’s lost is better known as sadness.

In the Lovelasting podcast, we talk about all the things... but the mission, the purpose and the power behind everything I say... is to make you realize that it isn’t selfish to take back all the love you gave away because only THEN can you share it in it’s most powerful form.

In other words.. The Lovelasting Podcast is your weekly reminder to stop giving your love away… because the only person who knows what to do with it is the same person who needs it the most —- and that’s YOU ❤️

Love is meant to be shared... not given away.

Because only then.. can Love Last.
