Say yes to what this moment holds. What does this moment hold? It doesn’t hold anything in particular. Every time you look deeply into this moment, past all the posturing and suggestions of ego, you go into expansiveness, a loving expansiveness that is everywhere without interruption or defect. But for you, who believe you are in time, who believe you are in physicality, can spring specifics–specific instructions, specific words, specific situations seeming to happen. This is abundance–all of the seeming specifics that spring up from this bountiful expansiveness to guide you out of what isn’t, into what Is and always has been.

Being aware of what we allow to grow or fester in the mind 💚

After I recorded this message, it seemed like the title got changed, so that’s why I call it “Here and Now” in the recording. 💚

The only thing you could try to defend is the unreal. When you are battling, when you are struggling, you are giving yourself the experience of doing this within a nightmare, within an imagined landscape where certain elements seem to be hostile to you or others. I made this up is an excellent reminder whenever you find yourself in this struggling energy. You cease struggling in order to allow the Flow to carry you. The Flow only goes one way–past all struggle, to Home, to the Here and Now.

We invite you to watch the impulse to fix. When it occurs to you that something in form needs to be fixed, know that in this moment you have an opportunity. What can shine through the belief that something needs to be fixed? What can shine through the belief that something is wrong, and that fixing the wrong thing will put everything right? Ego has you attempting to fix many separate things throughout the day, when there is only one thing that needs to be altered–your perception.

Congratulations! You have become willing to recognize that the soap opera is not real. It now seems a very real thing that what you are witnessing with your senses is not real. Having realized this, you have now seen the very flexible nature of what seems to be so heavy and immovable. Ego will immediately send images and ideas of a world gone mad without such limits and weights, but now you know to look beyond what ego sends. Now you can hear that the world has always been mad, but there has always been a very present remedy for perception of the world.

This is your opportunity to allow Spirit to lift burdens from you. While you seem to be in a place, experiencing time, "this" is every moment. The highest purpose of every moment is to allow the lifting of burdens. Think of burdens in terms of carrying. You think you carry responsibilities. You think you carry the weight of unfortunate conditions. But Spirit tells you all of this has been imagined. You carry Light, and only Light. The same is true of all. Spirit helps you to give up your conviction that you or anyone you perceive as "else" carry anything but the light.

Allowing Spirit to reinterpret everything 💚

We wish to emphasize to you the importance of the mind-to-mind connection you have with all beings across time and space. Your mind-to-mind connection is what joins you, and you can only be joined by love. We say that the connection is mind-to-mind, because this terminology serves you best at this point. However, there is only one mind.

You are looking at a past enactment of a tiny, mad idea. (Julie’s note: This is a direct reference to A Course in Miracles.) All physical vision is about witnessing the impossible, the idea that you could separate successfully from the presence of God, from the will of God. When you feel disturbance of any kind, you have forgotten that what you are gazing upon is a fantastical enactment of the impossible. You are looking upon a tiny lie that seems to have assumed massive proportions. Ask yourself, “What is bigger and more vast than the height, width, and depth of this lie?” Always, it is Light without end.

There is only one way you truly want to go. You want to go Home. You want to go to Peace. The only reason you think you want anything in this world is that you think you will find peace in the having of it. If you want peace, that means that you must think you don’t have it now, that there is something from which you must escape to have it. If you look, you will see that you want respite from the cacophony of egoic thought. Egoic thought is the only thing that can deliver unto you an experience of not-peace.
