for this Episode I was inspired by my son and other occasions in the past couple of days to share about the topic of emotions.

Did you know that an emotions only lasts around 90 seconds, and mostly unconsciously?! Unbelievable isn't it?!

In this Episode I am sharing a bit about the background of emotions and the different levels of it.

As well as some clear and practical inspirations about how to 'break the chain' of suppressing emotions, to be a support for our children expressing them and how to learn it ourselves if we have difficulties expressing ourselves freely.

Diese Episode ist sozusagen die erste Episode, in der ich ein Thema aufgreife, zu dem ich rein durch das, was ich im Außen sehe und erhalte, inspiriert wurde. Die ursprüngliche Absicht für diesen Podcast ist, dass ich Themen aufgreife, die ich in meinem Leben sehe und beobachte und die ich für relevant halte, um mit DIR zu teilen.

Ich spreche über das Thema finanzieller Reichtum, ein bisschen über meine eigene Geschichte und meinen Prozess, der in einem Extrem begann und jetzt sein Gleichgewicht findet.

Ich inspiriere auch dazu, selbst in das Thema Glaubenssätze einzutauchen, mit Fragen, einer Visualisierung, um einen breiteren Horizont über die Fähigkeit zu Empfangen, dem eigenen Selbstwert und Wohlstand zu schaffen!

This Episode is kind of the first Episode where I am picking up on a topic that is was inspired by purely through what I see and receive on the outside. Wich is the initial intention for these Podcast that I pick up on topics that I see and observe in my Life and find relevance to share about in a sense that I believe that it might also have relevance to YOU.

I am talking about the topic of financial abundance, a bit about my own story and my process in it, which started on one extreme and is finding it's balance now.
