For this episode, I am joined by my college best friend, Nicole Ocampo, and we are talking about all things "life after college". In this episode, we go over jobs, college life, and our advice to the audience on the transition. College to "Real World" is a change that isn't discussed as much as we think and it can be intimidating, scary or nerve-racking even. We hope you take away some advice from the podcast or hope that you don't feel alone in the transition.

Let's make those routines!! So important for taking control over your life. We will also touch upon decision making and how that can also impact you mentally.

The underlying theme here is... if we aren't working on ourselves, putting ourselves first, and working on the relationship we have with ourselves, then we aren't going to magically be put in a relationship!! As women, we are so powerful! We have to power to choose who we want to be with long term, so let's make sure that we aren't settling for Mr. Right Now.

So excited for our first episode together! In this episode, I will be talking about my mental health journey and how I got to where I am today. I am no expert on mental health, but hopefully sharing my experiences can help someone out there. You are never alone in this journey and we can take the steps together to start loving yourself.
