At her young age of 32, my guest has lived in three different countries looking for answers,  but never felt she belonged until she learned about somatic coaching and a whole new world of possibilities was presented to her. she took a leap of faith and quit her 9-5 after 10 years and now she helps other people through the rollercoaster of finding themselves from the inside out .
