The question is: Can you get your vision done, complete things in a timely, finish things on or under budget, and overall become successful in your given field without being a dick? Can you think of a memorable leader who didn't piss anyone off? From Jesus to Steve Jobs we can't think of one. If you can think of anyone in the history of civilization please let us know. We want to research this further!
