Moncton and Fredericton are doing well when it comes to housing starts, according to a new report that puts the cities higher than many other communities in Canada. The picture isn't as rosy in Saint John, however. Mike Moffatt, the founding director of the Place Centre at the University of Ottawa, is responsible for the report. He speaks with host Rachel Cave.
