On this day of remembrance, we would like to offer some relief to all that have suffered loss and those left with ailments beyond the control of everyday means.

MOST decent headphones (over ear) are designed for sub 50hz play, MOST Home Theater with Subwoofer will play lower than 40 hz. ****

***ADVISE: If you have Epilepsy or other seizure disorders (like I do) please, either consult with a physician or be aware that some people are sensitive to this type of sound therapy.

This one actually FEELS good, when listened to properly!

40hz and 45hz blend is a calming, whirring, low bass sound that is very pleasant and very easy on the ears (at proper volume) . Below that a mix of 10hz and 6hz (below audible range) for a more "feeling"  approach to relaxation and calm.

This can also be used for mindfulness and focus as it is a consistent tone and is easy to follow for centering purposes.
