We didn't quite make it.

Howdy y'all, and welcome to the first #LCDPodcast episode of 2023!

We went back to the original format for this episode - this time, it's just Shay, LMC and Jeremy hanging out and talking about what has influenced us over our years in the minitruck world. This is a true parking lot BS session. This topic was WAY too much for just one episode, and will be revisited with more parts soon!

PS: There might be an unplanned surprise phone call from an upcoming major guest! That's what we get for forgetting to put the phone off the hook while we record!

For now, "Enjoy" what made us "famous" (at least to 8.5 listeners!) by pulling up a chair and sitting around with us as we tell old stories that are irrelevant to anyone else!

Hey y'all!

This episode is different. While we try to spare some feelings as much as possible, we thought that maybe a little "tough love" was in order.

There have been some local shows recently - some of which we think have a LOT of potential and would love to help grow! - but we have noticed a misstep or two that we foresee as being a threat to their longevity. In this episode, join us as we try and provide a little insight - from old and current show promoters - as to what can be done to fix some mistakes and maybe save and/or improve some shows before it's too late! 

We sure don't try to hurt anyone's feelings here; however, we are very honest about some of the stuff we have seen and try to educate y'all from OUR mistakes that we have made over the last many years in running shows - ALL show promoters, *ALL* of us have made mistakes and learn from them. We give y'all the chance to learn from ours as well! Again - not trying to offend anyone, although we probably will - but trust us in that advice like this would have been VERY welcome when Shay and LMC were actively doing car shows!
