Welcome back and welcome to a brand new year! Today I (HM1 Davendonis) have HM1 Scott onboard to talk about  some burning questions for reservists and FTS students going through A-school. Questions like: "What is reservist life like?" "What opportunities are there?" "Can I go active if I am a Reservist?" "What are the weekend drills like?"

HM1 Davendonis and HM1 Barton talk about the new NAVADMIN that explains the PRT for 2022. They also talk about student PT at Corps school and Field Med. We wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

HM1 Davendonis and HM1 Minton talk about great leadership qualities and toxic ones. A few sea stories pop up as we reflect leaders who influenced us both good and bad. Also, a small remembrance for Pearl Harbor, "...a date which will live in infamy."

Tonight we have the opportunity to talk with Ray. A civilian manager in a industry the commonly hires veterans. We have a back and fourth conversation on how to lead veterans as a civilian and get in the weeds on expectations from both sides.
