Lake Pend Oreille High School Science Teacher Brenda Woodward and Para-pro Sandy Lane bring eight of their students in to discuss the Youth Water Summit which came out of the Confluence Project.

Perky Smith-Hagadone, Principal Northside and Marcea  Marine, Sandpoint Middle School teacher are on the way back to Costa Rica. Student Tiffany Marie Brown came in to share her experience from last year’s trip. Spoiler alert! Her roommate was a lizard. 

Today students from Southside school came to join us to talk about their Technology projects.  They discussed STEAM, Fab Slab and the Mars Rover projects they have been working on.

Cary Kelly, the LPOSD Board Chair, joins the show to discuss the process of searching for the next Superintendent.  After that, Kris Knowles joins the show to discuss how the teams are doing leading up to Championship season.

It was a winter season sports wrap up with SHS A.D. Kris Knowles, accompanied by his two delightful daughters Ali and Avery, and SHS basketball coached Will Love and Wade Engelson. Avery and Ali helped pick up the slack for their Dad!
