In this guided lucid dreaming sleep hypnosis we will journey to the lighthouse of awakening on the astral plane. After putting your body into a deep sleep, we will lift out and into total awareness which will allow you access to the astral plane and all the wonders that wait there.
You do not need to have had a lucid dream before. Practice makes perfect and this session will help expand your awareness until you are ready to take flight.
