Ashley Bishop helps business owners become fitter, healthier and leaner for life

Ashley used to be a fat personal trainer!

His business became was very successful and gave him the wealth he had always wanted, however, he was struggling to keep up with the demands of his business, and family life. He had zero time to look after himself and before long he became 3.5 stone overweight, overwhelmed, regularly snapping at his wife and kids and missing out on life all whilst hiding behind a smile and baggy clothing!

He knew he had to change if he wanted to be successful in business and have the time to live life to its fullest. After several failed attempts to get back into shape and feel great he realised that, even with a small team of world-class experts, diet and exercise were not enough.

This led him on a journey where he discovered that lifelong results were not created from following a diet plan or forcing people to exercise but from focusing on habitual and behavioural changes. As a result, Ashley has created a new programme which includes diet and exercise, teamed up with these new techniques to transform your habits and behaviours to help you get more energy, feel lighter and be more confident in yourself and your abilities to be a leader.

Let me introduce you to Miguel De Sousa, once met never forgotten! Miguel is a bundle of energy that has a passion for helping people. He was born and lived most of his life in South Africa. He believes in living the UBUNTU way. A Zulu word that translates to "your growth is my growth".
