An epidemic of a novel coronavirus is affecting mainland China, along with cases in 28 other countries and territories. Some cases are under investigation in New York City.  Originally identified in Wuhan, the capital of China's Hubei province, after people developed pneumonia without a clear cause. Our friend and chief medical correspondent, a title we bestowed upon him the moment he stepped into our humble studio. Doctor David Lee gives us the 411 on this new Coronavirus, the impact on the world and the readiness of NYC Hospitals are prepared for if an outbreak occurs. 

David and Andrew of the Fung Brothers, a Chinese-American duo whom rose to prominence through their YouTube videos. They call New York City their home away from home and luckily for us, they found some time to drop by Lucky Boys HQ in Brooklyn for an interesting fireside chat. We had a thought provoking conversation discussing topics that covered the Asian American experience and culture, their value and place in the entertainment industry and how that has impacted today's society and pop culture at large.

Geoff Lee, self described American Asian actor tells how growing up 2nd generation in Chinatown and spending summers in the suburbs in Long Island shaped his outlook on life and creative endeavors. He knew Tzi Ma since he was 15 years old back when Chinatown considered the mean streets and truly represented the city that never sleeps. As a frequent resident at the Basement, an Asian American theatre organization, he was mentored by Mako Iwamatsu and eventually started playing with the band called The Heat.

What's better than Hotpot on a cold winter night? Nothing beats cooking meats and veggies in your favorite flavored soup broth. The experience is communal and many topics are discussed around the table. Today the Lucky Boys explore questions of human existence to growing up with right healthy mental state and how the current education system doesn't prepare young people for the future of the real world. 

On this week's podcast The Lucky Boys speak to Joyel, a regular, hustling millennial trying to make the best life for his daughter and himself. Raising his daughter as a single father is a challenge in itself and that is why it makes his story that more incredible.  After his divorce he ended up with nothing in his bank account and after numerous interviews and a little prayer and a sprinkle of genuine focus, he eventually started as a intern at a billion dollar travel tech company and rose up to become a senior associate. 

Romantic relationships are hard. It get's more challenging once you're married and have kids. But what happens when it comes to a point where you have to call it quits and the idea of divorce looms in the horizon. The Lucky Boys discuss what happens after a divorce and how it impacts both parties involved financially. On today's podcast, the boys also touch on the power of saying "I love you" and challenging yourself to try new things to better yourself. Norm goes on a new vegetarian diet inspired by a documentary on Netflix and lost 10 pounds in the first five days.

Writer Henry Chang talks about Triads, Gang Life, not just the Dark Side but the Humanity from his perspective in his writing. The film and book series reflect on that lifestyle.
