Will and Norm discuss how carefree New Yorkers are becoming as restaurants and stores start to reopen in the city. People are crowding around bars, ready to party in the streets with total disregard to social distancing. Although there are a portion of New Yorkers who are unfazed with Covid still spreading, there are some who are looking to leave the city for good. Suburbs were once thought to be for those who were older ready to start families. They are now safe havens sought after by a younger generation who are now well equipped to work from home and have no intentions of returning to a city with civil unrest, rising crime, and an unreliable police department.
