Christine Clais is the French facialist and someone who knows that care for the skin is much more than skin deep.  With her new book, “French Complexion:  The Secrets to Beautiful Skin at Any Age”, Christine gives a step by step approach to skin care, regardless of your starting point.  We probably already understand that what we consume has an impact on our skin, particularly our water intake.  But, with an approach that looks at the whole person and not just the skin, Christine reminds us that to get the most from our skin, and our body, we need to remember that we are worth investing in and learn to appreciate who we are.  With her beautiful French accent, Luke takes the opportunity to learn a new French phrase.  Well, Christine tries to teach it, not sure what Luke actually says…
