Early morning walk. Saw the sunrise. Crappy work day. Swimming in it at the moment. Long day. Sore back from sitting down so long I think. Ate poorly. New chain arrived. A skit of mine might be aired on the radio soon. I think I have a crush on Gladys Berejiklian. She has an interesting face. Watching that viral video of her press conferences all chopped up, and, in certain shots, she looks really beautiful. If we were to date, I would love to playfully muss her hair up while we were laying around on a lazy weekend afternoon. Alas - she doesn’t know that I exist. M: 4. E: 4. L: 0. 😐😤😑

Been thinking about Isaac on my smoko break walks the last few days for some reason. What a gem! Probably around about a year since he died now. Really glad that my thoughts pretty regularly wind back to thinking about Isaac. Such a great guy and the fact that I think about him and his smile and his humour and his vibe so often always leads me to thinking about how some people are sort of more themselves than others. And I know that other people really admired Isaac for being himself so much - so they probably also think about him and get inspired anew regularly as well. Very cool. Goo goo g’joop.

Good horoscope today. Matched up with new beginnings and stuff at work. No dramas at work today. Day flew by. Snacks. Reset my Home Screen layout. Cleaning out house a bit. Spent time thinking about what my true motivations are for some things I’ve been doing lately. I know there are a lot of factors at play. I might book in with the psychologist again to untangle this. Late night last night because the new Kanye West album appeared after 10 PM and I wanted to hear it in full. Day went by quickly. New book arrived, new earphones arrived. I was feeling great all day. I kept, by turns, dancing around, singing, and holding my arms out - thinking how free and happy I felt! Was thinking about my “FREE LUKE HAND” t-shirt from a few years ago and how I think I’m basically almost free now. Very cool feeling. From that high, it was a real shock to the system to be yanked back down to earth when a colleague told me that I had conducted myself in a meeting in a way that people can find “dehumanising”. Sweet. So I’m an asshole. Great. This will weigh heavily on my heart. I felt so good earlier today and then so crap within about 10 seconds! Snacks. Bed. M: 5. E: 5. L: 0. 😀😇😎😆😟😰😓😤💩

Nailed a loose fence pailing back in. Lots of repotting of plants. Was nice and relaxing. Listened to Supergrass a lot. So good. Saw gran for a sec. She was in fine fiddle, which is always good to see. She and I remembered the magnetic fish tank glass cleaner thing that she had in her tank about - oh, 30-sommin years ago! Those were the days. Cooked a quick pumpkin soup, and it turned out really delicious. Tried my first Jaffa Cake. J’approve! Yet again, the team I was rooting for in the football lost. A bit of pro bono and a project completed and sent off. Beauty! Couple of well earned cold beers in the evening. M: 7. E: 7. L: 0. 😀😎😇😍

Ehh. Hung out with nephew, made a song with him based off his comments about wanting a car and a licence so he could go really fast and coronavirus couldn’t get him. Put some more seeds in the rock garden. One of my flowers in there got sat on and broken by a child. Team I was rooting for lost the football by one point - season over. So that’s wonderful. Buddy won’t kick his 1000th goal until next year now. Great. Bit flat and the day went by too quickly. Pizza for tea, and lemon meringue pie for pudding. Reading. High clouds today. M: 3.5. E: 4. Worked in the share office space today because the power was off at home. Got a fair bit done without distractions. Work day went super quick. Listened to the Kanye album preview livestream. Album sounds so good. Can’t wait! There were a couple of sampled spoken bits that jumped out at me that I think I’ll be able to stew on as much as I have that line from Ultralight Beam (“You can never go too far when you can't come back home again”) to help me think through some things.

Altered the sleeves on my Plastic Loaves jumper to be a bit tighter at the wrists. Listened to the Geelong Cats get thrashed in the first game of the Finals. Sheer poetry! Mwahaha. Nice day weather-wise.

Got a bit on my mind in relation to matters of the heart. Food for thought. I may need to set some time aside to gnaw at that a bit over the weekend.

Was up until 3 AM last night to finish a damn file. Sent it. Slept. Shorter day of work today - still behind the 8 ball. Doh. Prayed to St Anthony to help a friend who left a laptop on the train. Works every time! Laptop duly returned to her. The power of prayer! 🙏🏻 Was going to stay up again to work on some other files that are overdue. Deep sleep. If I have any vaccination side effects, it’s just tiredness and aches on top of the tiredness and aches that I already had from gardening on the weekend - and being unfit in general. Feel fine. work. Feel a bit crap about not getting through this bottleneck of work as quickly as I should. Did pro bono tonight.
