We all have value, and we all deserve good things in our lives. It can be hard to feel that way sometimes, though. We have to allow ourselves the freedom to recognize our inherent worth.

We all have needs. Many of our needs are the same, but we attempt to meet our needs in different ways. By recognizing the needs that drive our behaviors, we can take control of our actions and meet our needs. By acknowledging that all people work to meet needs, we can best connect with and support others.

I'm feeling grateful, and I hope you're all finding things for which to be grateful, too.

Practicing gratitude helps us gain perspective and embrace challenges.

We all have strengths. We're all special. We all have something inside that was meant for us to bring to life. We need to know our strengths, so we can lean into them. We need to identify the gaps between where we are and where we want to be, so we might close them.

We all have biases. The important thing is recognizing those biases and understanding how they impact our behaviors. Only then can we align our actions with the things we say we believe.
