- The Just Cause Series - Bad Games That Are Great FunThanks to Bespoke Post for sponsoring this video. Get 20% off your first monthly box when you sign up at http://bespokepost.com/lukestephens20 and use promo code LUKESTEPHENS20 at checkout! The Just Cause games aren’t very good. They don’t have good stories, they all launched with a lot of bugs, they have very myopic gameplay systems, and yet, they’re bizarrely memorable. To put it simply, they offer a grand escape into a realm of escapist entertainment; we take control of Rico Rodriguez, a rough and tumble mercenary military specialist who can rock bell bottoms as well as he can steal a commercial airliner from a major airport without anyone noticing. I’d call them junk food games: there’s no substance here, just fluff. And, just like cotton candy, it’s still enjoyable to consume even though there’s nothing really here. It’s just explosions and C4 and I thoroughly enjoy all of these games.---💥ALL MY LINKS: https://linktr.ee/LukeStephens💥---TIME STAMPS:Intro - 0:00Sponsor Segment - 05:15Just Cause - 08:56Just Cause 2 - 14:27Just Cause 3 - 22:11Just Cause 4 - 27:43Conclusion - 41:01---Cool Videos:- The Little Nightmares Series - A Critique:https://youtu.be/OWiSW7PhHIE- The Forgotten City: It Could Steal GOTY:https://youtu.be/P33B1UXqktY- The Tragedy of Assassin's Creed Unity:https://youtu.be/WoZFZBx5BQE- Mafia: Definitive Edition Did Something Incredible:https://youtu.be/TJgZl0luA_Q- Assassin's Creed: Valhalla Makes Me Sad:https://youtu.be/pYok7bqLF0M- Cyberpunk 2077 - Truly WASTED Potential:https://youtu.be/fV7dVtMwnTM---Send me something:Luke StephensP.O. - A Critique Of SERIOUSLY Spooky Games - The Little Nightmares SeriesJoin the channel to get access to perks:https://www.youtube.com/LukeStephensTV/joinLittle Nightmares is a series that celebrates the obscure and grotesque. Much like American Horror Story, Guillermo Del Toro, or all of Tik Tok. I really enjoy it to be honest. I understand why some may not enjoy vague story telling or tale spinners who leave much up to the imagination, but I find it captivating. I personally love it when a story teller doesn’t spoon feed everything; when elements of the story or the characters’ motivations are left up to my imagination or deduction. There are cases where this doesn’t work though. In this video we'll break down everything that the game does well, that it fails at, and we'll evaluate whether or not it can back up its crazy plotlines.🎵 https://www.rhapsodystream.com/ 🎵🎮 TWITCH: https://www.twitch.tv/thelukeler 🎮💵 Help fund the Show on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/LukeStephens 💵Cool Videos:- The Tragedy of Assassin's Creed Unity: https://youtu.be/WoZFZBx5BQE- Mafia: Definitive Edition Did Something Incredible: https://youtu.be/TJgZl0luA_Q- Assassin's Creed: Valhalla Makes Me Sad: https://youtu.be/pYok7bqLF0M- Cyberpunk 2077 - Truly WASTED Potential: https://youtu.be/fV7dVtMwnTMSend me something:Luke StephensP.O.
