Hey, how are you? I missed you. You might be tempted to think that since we were off a week we had time to refresh and be really prepared for this episode. Please don't give into that temptation, it's a lie. We're just as unprepared as we ever are, except this week we have gimmicks. Such as guessing which language is being spoken by Google Translate. Or a live commentary on Johan Strauss' Blue Danube Waltz. He was in fact born in Austria, by the way. We also got our wisdom teeth taken out. Me more recently than Luke, but still. Come find out what the assistant told me would happen while I was under the influence of Annie-Get-Your-Gun, which, too, was a lie. Of course, I'm referring to what the assistant said, Anne Get Your Gun is based on a true story. No, that's a lie also. Okay, have fun in there.
Huh? I don't know. I really don't know. Wait, are you writing this down? HAHAHAHAHA! I can't think of a description. Um, the trends from the 2010s... that we did with our friends.... but they've come to an end. There you go. That's the description. Cut the check. - Luke Romine, when asked "give me a description."
We don't have beef with Nolan Ryan, but we'd sure like to try some. Also, can someone please explain to us how faxing works? We're all vaxed and we wanna send some fax.
While #75 may not be our worst, we're ranking what we believe are the top 10 worst episodes of Lukes Podcast. And by we I basically mean Luke. Luke provides commentary along with our surprise guest, Caleb Haywood, aka Prodigy Tha Kid, aka Dawgz On The Yacht, aka Sprinkles McFlurry. Get ready, we actually kind of prepared for this one.
This weeks chat is centered around the movie Zombeavers, Justin Bieber, the Plain White T's, and the 13 original colonies. So yeah, we really planned ahead.
Nope, not 'bardle ardle do.' This week we attempt a new style of topic selection which only lasts us a few minutes. Hear us ramble on (now's the time and the time is now) a bevy of topics such as Walmart, the Western USA, our top 3 Aerosmith songs and presidents as stand-up comics, and which side of the coin is the best.
Today we talk about both stuff and things, including a few items, with some notes and other topics. Listen to our conversation of words and sentences that communicate messages to one another.
Today we play Guess Which State the Headline State States from the Statement. Send help.
That first part is a bit of a fake out. We don't talk much about states but man oh man do we talk about sports. Apparently Luke thinks uniforms are costumes. Whatever. My favorite part of the game is intermission. I'm thinking about auditioning for my local softball league. Okay, bye.
I'll be honest, I've forgotten what we talked about. I know there was a 10-minute chunk about John Mayer so we'll go with that. Plus, our first ever voicemail from Michael Okie from Muskogee. Happy Easter! Send us a voicemail, and follow us on social media @LukesPodcast.
