On this week's episode, we're joined by author and rehabilitation counsellor, Sesley Sloboda!
Sesley opened up to us about her life growing up and the struggles she faced with mental health, sexual abuse, and abusive relationships, both as a child, and in her teenage years, and how that shaped her as a person.
We also talked all about Sesley's professional career working with individuals overcoming addictions, and the integration of art therapy in those spaces. She shared about the impact that this new outlet has had not only on her life, but the lives of those she is helping.
Make sure to check out Sesley's incredible books here!
