In this shot episode, Lindsey and Tiffany are able to give Alabama a gold star for a case. They discuss the recent confession of Johnny Dwight Whited to a murder he committed over 25 years ago. The murder has been a cold case for many years, and this confession has, of course, been a huge game changer. The girls discuss what they would do in similar situations of being a murderer who got away with it for more than two decades, and also being a lawyer set to defend a criminal who confessed. Tiffany explains what 4-H is to Lindsey, and Lindsey declares that she is going to raise children who are slight criminals-stealing spare change and gloves are OK, every other type of crime is off the table. Tiffany chose to discuss the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing which shook a nation of people. They discuss the case of Krystian Bala, and the murder of Dariusz Janiszewski. Krystian Bala THOUGHT he was being clever by writing a novel about a murder he'd committed, only changing a few details. The girls discuss how the case was solved, by using the book for what they think would be similar to a fun homework project from high school. This week, Lindsey and Tiffany are chatting about folklore inspired cases. Tiffany kicks things off with Staten Island’s very own Cropsey. Tiffany also discusses a few films based on Cropsey and recommends a documentary about the whole case. Lindsey discusses the 2014 Slender Man stabbings that occurred in Waukesha, Wisconsin while nursing a nasty hangover. In this shot episode, Lindsey and Tiffany cover the tragic murder-suicide case of Michele Boudreau Deegan and her twin daughters; Katie Elizabeth and Mairy Anneliese Degan. In October, following a ruling of joint custody of the twin girls, their mother drugged them and murdered them, before taking her own life. The ladies of Luminol Cocktail discuss the events leading up to the murders, and talk about the different factors that played a part. Of course, they also discuss more trivial things like iced coffee and what Tiffany would say if she ever survived being held at gunpoint. In today's shot episode, Lindsey and Tiffany cover the ongoing Girls Do Porn case. This case involves 40 women who were coerced into doing porn or raped on video, with the videos being later distributed on porn mega websites. While covering the case, the girls discuss the social aspects of sex work, and some of the more common struggles that is seen in the true crime world; specifically, the stigma that people involved in sex work are "less than", and what the girls think could be done to help lessen the stigma that sex workers are faced with. They also discuss episodes of House, and Tiffany forgets how to appropriately use the English language in regard to the legal process in her discussion regarding how American Legislature should make some changes.
