Happy New Year!

In this episode we are sharing some gentle ways to welcome in the new year with intention. And we are giving you some practices to increase the good vibes all year long. 

From choosing to feel your most desired feelings right now, to bringing loving awareness to what you felt at the end of each day, to sending what you desire out to others... we are sharing practices that are deceptively simple, can be woven into your day without taking up big chunks of time and are truly life changing when you commit to them.  

We also include another practice that takes a bit more time, that you can do as a ceremony for yourself, that is a powerful manifestation practice.

This week we have created a ceremony to consciously close the year together. This ceremony is inspired by last weeks episode. We feel our hearts calling us to close the year with you in Sacred Ceremony and give you an intentional way to incorporate some of the practices we shared with you.  

We invite you to get cozy in your nest with your journal and a cup of something warm and nourishing. If it would feel supportive you may also want to do this with a dear friend or partner you would like to share Sacred time with, calling in loving relationship and take time to share your insights and gems with each other at the close of the ceremony. Trust your inner guidance and follow what would feel most nurturing to you.

Today we get to have a beautiful conversation with Anthony Abbagnano of Alchemy of Breath. We get to hear about everything from one of his first experiences with Divine connection and awakening through the breath as a child to the beginnings of Breathwork moving from a personal practice into a professional path.

What makes a powerful facilitator? How can I be of more service in the world? Am I able to authentically be with someone through all the facets of life and death? The challenge is to truly embrace the beauty of who we are, including the shadow aspects, the places within that often get avoided and ignored. When we hold ourselves with love and respect, we then have the foundation for serving others.

There are so many light-bulb moments in this conversation that illuminate ways we can understand ourselves, how we arrived to being who we are now, and how we can recreate ourselves with love.

We recorded this episode in April 2022, right after I returned from the magical experience of attending the Advanced Follow Up Retreat with Dr. Joe Dispenza.

The theme of this event was, “Resonance”. 

We are aware of about 1% of what is happening around us in the known, physical world. And we focus 95% of our attention on that 1%! When we commit to our practices, we start to open up our field of consciousness and become aware that there are so many more energies of creation available to us. 

We can create in that other 99%, in the unseen, in the energetic. We live in an infinite Universe, a field of pure potential. And we can tap into that through Resonance. 

Around 33:40, I share a fun way I played with the, Dr Joe Blessing the Energy Centers, meditation practice. I found a playful hack for dropping into LOVE!           
                                                                                             

This episode has so many gems around the process of collapsing time and manifesting through the quantum. This is one of the core principles of the work that Dr. Joe Dispenza teaches.

This week is a  follow up to last week's episode. We recorded this a couple months after Lindsay lost her sweet, 17-year old, kitty Soul mate. As we start this episode, Lindsay shares intimately about her grieving and healing process. 

This part of the conversation happened spontaneously and we let it flow as we both feel normalizing talking about grief is so important.

This is a very tender conversation around pet death and the grieving process. We recorded this when Lindsay had said goodbye to her beloved cat Saffron, who was by her side for 17 years, only two days prior.
